This senior role leads medicines optimisation across Rheumatology. You will work closely with medical, nursing and AHP colleagues to improve patient outcomes. You will provide expert advice on complex care and lead innovation in medicines use. As part of the Pharmacy Leadership Team, you will influence strategy across the Group.
