Working closely with the Radiology Workforce Lead and wider senior team, you will help shape training pipelines, build workforce capacity and ensure high‑quality learning experiences across all modalities. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners—including Higher Education Institutions, apprenticeship providers and regional workforce groups—you will build strong networks that enhance training capacity, create advanced practice opportunities and support alternative routes into the profession. A key focus of the role will be developing long‑term training pipelines that promote staff retention, support career progression and ensure the sustainability of radiology services at RWT.
