In this senior role, you will lead on the delivery and continued improvement of MFT’s data management platform and services. As we seek to improve clinical quality through digital solutions, we’ll look to your expertise in designing and developing information solutions, with a particular focus on expansion of our Trust data warehouse (Epic Caboodle) . Skills required Along with technical and analytical skills, extensive experience of developing and pipelining within Epic Caboodle is essential. The assessment process for this role includes Sphinx testing which an aptitude assessment designed to evaluate critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. ### Main duties of the job This is a senior developer role, leading in the development, maintenance, and continued improvement of the Trust data management platforms and services used by Information Management and the wider organisation.  You will  lead on the specification and development of datasets, data flows, models, processes, and dashboards across multiple areas and clinical services to enable Information Management to deliver a first class, comprehensive and proactive service to the Trust. You will use you expertise to deliver analytics, reporting and insights which underpin effective decision making. To be the Trust specialist on designing and developing information solutions using the latest technologies available including, data warehousing, data lakes, web-based visualisation tools, R and Python, cloud-based technologies, and statistical analysis.
