We're seeking a dynamic nurse, midwife or allied health professional to lead the training activity of the Hive EPR expansion across our Local Care Organisations.

This new opportunity will work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical leaders to ensure training enables users safely and confidently use Hive EPR in their roles. You will ensure training drives digital and data literacy so colleagues are fully enabled to leverage Hive EPR, to support delivering data driven, patient centred services with greater efficiency.

The Hive EPR Training Matron/ Professional Lead role is a key leadership role within the  LCO EPR Programme Team.

### Main duties of the job

As an experienced clinical leader with a track record of successfully leading, developing and delivering largescale training programmes and foundations in digital health, the post holder will:

- Lead on the development, delivery and evaluation of Hive EPR training activity for community services
- Work collaboratively with the Hive EPR & Digital Training Team, Clinical Group colleagues, Clinical Informatics, end users , operational leads and the LCO EPR Expansion Programme Team to design and deliver training content
- Ensure a data driven service through defining and producing metrics to monitor and evaluate training development/ delivery
- Promote an environment which is conducive to learning, education, training, research and development
- Foster innovative practice and proactively working to improve the digital user experience
- Collaborate and develop various learning opportunities to meet the need for individual service needs

**Essential**

- Experience in project  management in digital training  or learning projects in a complex  organisation
- Ability to deliver, design and  evaluate a range of education,  training initiatives suitable for  different staff groups
- Able to teach individuals and  groups in person and virtual  settings
- Extensive experience  supervising and assessing staff
- Demonstrates high level of  effective communication and  presentation skills with all  internal and external  stakeholders

**Desirable**

- Experience in audit and service development
