The Department provides an important service within the Hospital, Decontaminating and Sterilizing Surgical instruments for the Operating Theatres/Wards, Departments and external customers. The Department is fully accredited to British, International and European Standards and works within a Quality System. ### Main duties of the job This is a varied role requiring many different skills, for which we will provide full training. You must have GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent and willing to become familiar with many different instruments and sundries. Previous Sterile Services experience is helpful although not essential but you must be able to communicate well, work within a team and take instruction.
