The post holder will be a role model of the Barts Health values and key behaviors to all members of the team and the wider MDT. - As a senior member of the Ward team, the band 6 will be a competent confident practitioner who can care for, and manage the deteriorating and acutely ill patient, escalating concerns to the appropriate medical and outreach teams - The post holder must have competent management and facilitation skills in order to coordinate and supervise the activity of ward staff, promote multi-disciplinary working and foster a supportive, learning environment.
