An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced registered nurse to join our well-established team on J98 for a 12-month Band 6 junior sister/charge nurse secondment to cover maternity leave.

### Main duties of the job

Ward J98 is a 25-bed gynaecology oncology surgical ward caring for women undergoing elective and acute gynae-oncology surgery, as well as non-surgical oncology and medical outliers. As a junior sister/charge nurse, you will provide visible clinical leadership, coordinate the day-to-day running of the ward, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. You will work closely with the senior sister and the wider multidisciplinary teams to support patients throughout their admission whilst promoting and delivering excellence in clinical practice.
