This role is integral to delivering high-quality, patient-centred rehabilitation for adults recovering from complex neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other acquired neurological disorders. As a Band 6 Junior Sister, you will act as a clinical leader and role model, supporting the Ward Manager in the operational management of the ward. You will lead shifts, coordinate clinical and multidisciplinary care, and ensure that rehabilitation goals are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with Trust values and national standards.
