NO AGENCIES PLEASE ### Main duties of the job The post holder will support the Development Manager with the following activities: - Recognise subtle problems with interface design or performance and act appropriately to improve the condition, seeking validation of actions in advance as appropriate. - Respond to unfamiliar, undefined, unexpected, or unstable situations with the professionally prescribed standard response. Provide a support service to identify and rectify bugs and faults logged on the IT Service desk. - Provide support to the Project Management team relating to any third-party products / solutions which are brought into the Trust. - Work with the Server / Infrastructure team to ensure that all applications / servers are resilient providing maximum availability to the Trust. - Monitor quality and processes to identify areas of improvement.
