Stockport NHS Foundation Trust and Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust are seeking an exceptional Joint Chief People Officer to help shape the next phase of our partnership and lead a people agenda that supports integrated, high-quality care across both organisations.

Our Trusts have worked in close partnership since 2020 and have continued to take significant steps towards greater collaboration. With a track record of delivering workforce transformation and embedding cultural change, you will demonstrate credibility in influencing at all levels and be comfortable navigating complexity both internally and externally. Most importantly, you will share our commitment to inclusion, compassion, and continuous improvement, creating conditions where our colleagues can thrive and deliver the very best care to our communities.
