Bradford District Care Foundation Trust IPS Service is expanding.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for BDCFT to recruit two additional IPS Team Leaders to join our existing exemplary, nationally recognised service.

Are you an experienced Employment Specialist looking to step into a leadership role? Are you passionate about leading a team of Employment Specialists to support individuals with enduring mental health needs into competitive paid employment using Individual Placement and Support?

We are looking for individuals who have the desire to use their skills, passion and experience to help shape, manage and drive quality within their own IPS team alongside the Service Leadership Group.

You will play a major part in improving the lives of individuals through meaningful paid employment, while coaching, managing and mentoring your team, supporting employer engagement, finding hidden jobs, and developing excellent practice and Fidelity standards. You will also have a small caseload of your own.

BDCFT IPS Service has attained the IPS Grow Quality Kite Mark, and your role will include driving quality and performance within your team.

### Main duties of the job

- Effectively manage a high-quality service that adheres to the principles of IPS best practice.
- To provide leadership and supervision for IPS Employment Specialists
- Responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of the IPS Employment specialists guiding them individually in best practice and achieving individual and team KPI’s
- Provide solution focused monthly supervisions for each employment specialist within the team, including caseload management.
- Lead the team members to ensure Employment Specialists spend enough time in face to face meetings with employers to find the right job match.
- Actively Participate in the IPS Service Leadership Team

### Experience

- Experience in presenting to a large audience
- Experience of delivering IPS employment support.
- Experience of managing change effectively
- Experience of staff supervision, management and/or mentoring
- Strong networking abilities

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Educated to degree level, or equivalent IPS experience

**Desirable**

- Certificate in supported employment or equivalent.
