The successful candidate will work closely with the multi disciplinary team to provide leadership and operational management. ### Main duties of the job o The management and delivery of a needs-led and recovery-focussed integrated psychosocial service, which includes low intensity and high intensity drug and alcohol treatment within a custodial setting.o To manage, direct and support the supervision of DART and programmes within the establishment, including psychosocial interventions and the delivery of the programmes.o The management and implementation of a range of psychosocial interventions including the Inclusion Recovery Programme (IRP) to substance misusing offenders within a prison environment.o Developing and supervising links and pathways to enable the DART service to work in partnership with key agencies to ensure service users are supported on their individual recovery journeys.o Managing the relationship with the prime providers of the contract, PPG. ### About us Inclusion, created in 2002 is part of the Specialist Services Care Group of Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT).
