This is a senior leadership role focused on professional governance, workforce development and care group level leadership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping high‑quality, safe and effective AHP practice aligned with Trust, ICS and national priorities, including prevention, population health, health inequalities and the Greener NHS agenda. The post holder will maintain professional registration and provide occasional expert clinical advice where required to support professional credibility. We are looking for a registered AHP with senior experience, strong understanding of professional governance and workforce leadership, and the ability to influence across complex systems. Experience of leading change, quality improvement and partnership working is essential.
