You will be a post-graduate qualified psychological practitioner (e.g. psychologist, family therapist, child, and adolescent psychotherapist) or graduate qualified health care professional (e.g. nurse, social worker, occupational therapist), fully registered with the appropriate professional or regulatory body (e.g. HCPC, NMC). You  will have 3 year’s experience in a middle management position and a relevant management qualification. The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010). May need to travel to other sites throughout the week. The Integrated team manager is responsible for the operational coordination and management of the integrated local CYPMHS services and is accountable for the delivery and development of a comprehensive CYPMHS service. ### Main duties of the job You will promote and develop effective relationships with key partners, especially the local authority, GP’s, voluntary sector organisations, commissioners, and other statutory agencies and provide a service that can measure outcomes, activity and implement and evaluate clear, achievable, and measurable objectives for the service.
