The post holder will play a key leadership role in supporting service transformation and the continued development of integrated community mental health services across West Essex Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Working closely with senior leaders, clinicians, partner agencies, service users and carers, the Clinical Manager will provide professional, operational and clinical leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care. The post holder will be responsible for leading the day-to-day clinical and operational management of community mental health services, ensuring delivery against performance standards, quality objectives, workforce requirements and financial targets. Responsibilities will include operational leadership, service improvement, workforce planning, clinical governance, budget management and the delivery of key Trust and system priorities.
