They will advise the most appropriate intervention to meet the needs of the patient using best clinical practice, adhering to Trust Policy, protocols and guidelines. This is a dynamic role in which you’ll draw upon your clinical assessment skills to help and advise a broad spectrum of patients, from minor ailments and injuries to complex and urgent conditions as well as to hone your skills in a remote clinical decision-making environment. As a Band 6 Triage and Assessment Nurse, you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions but be supported by our experienced team of senior clinicians, practice coaches and multi-disciplinary colleagues. Our highly trained teams work closely with urgent care GP’s and pharmacists in looking after Wales Urgent care needs.
