Ø   To attend meetings and conferences as appropriate ensuring that you are fully conversant with current issues both within the Trust and within pain management, locally and nationally Ø  Provide effective teaching to individual patients and their families. Ø  Promote an environment where development and learning is encouraged and valued. Teach and develop knowledge and skills of other staff through formal and informal training programmes organised on a continuum.
