Regular in-house teaching and appropriate external conferences also support essential knowledge in this fast moving field. This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse with keen interest to develop within this field as newly appointed clinical nurse specialist, and this is a interesting and varied role in which involves face to face and remote care primarily in the management of medications and patients symptoms in line with specialist immunological therapies. ### The post holder will provide specialist nursing care to patients and their families, and act as a resource for other professionals.  This is achieved by skills and experience and expert knowledge.
