We are developing our Infant Feeding Team at BCH to provide the best possible infant feeding advice and support to families. We currently have a fixed term vacancy 30hrs per week. The post holder will be working as part of the Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital Infant Feeding Team, contributing to all aspects of the service, but focusing on infant feeding support at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. ### Main duties of the job We are looking for an experienced registered Nurse who: Has specialist knowledge of the Baby friendly initiative and can help support the implementation of standards. Has a keen interest in ensuring high standards of care and support for patients who are breastfeeding their babies. Will provide expert knowledge, support, and advice to staff across the trust and be happy to deliver education in a classroom setting.
