In this role, you will support our wide range of subscribers by responding to general enquiries, delivering training, undertaking audits, and developing guidance and support materials.

Experience of NHS Information Governance and/or working within a Primary Care setting would be advantageous; however, this is not essential, as full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.

Due to the geographical spread of the service across Wales, a flexible approach to working is required. The role will involve occasional travel to various sites throughout Wales and may, on occasion, require overnight stays.
