### Job overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analysts to join an ITIL based Service Delivery team helping to resolve complex technical issues for all of the Trusts Employees. The post holder would be joining a well established support team which supports the Trust 24/7 X 365.  You will be the first point of contact for all technical issues or requests

### Main duties of the job

The role will work within the Service Delivery team to provide support for a range of services to all users within the Trust. This will include providing support remote and in person.  The team upholds a strong team ethic and values and is often seen as the face of ICT.

The role is to provide technical support within agreed service levels, technical standards and policies. The post-holder will have experience providing a service management tool for handling support calls and other ITIL processes.

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a range of IT systems and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills.

- - At least 1-year recent experience working in a complex, large and high-pressured IT support environment (more than 1000 users
