Our trust values are: we care, we respect and we are inclusive.

EDT is an exceptional talking therapies service with excellent development opportunities. We are committed to the progression of our team members and our posts are formulated to allow for development of clinical expertise in chosen clinical areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PWP or a qualified high intensity therapist who has a strong background in delivering PWP interventions. Applicant should come with experience of delivering supervision and case management to PWPs and should be committed to supporting the professional development of PWPs.

### Main duties of the job

The role will provide you with an opportunity to hold a small clinical caseload, alongside line management responsibilities of PWPs, and delivering case management and clinical case supervision. In addition to this, the post-holder will be responsible for supporting the senior management team with recruitment of staff and the implementation of wellbeing initiatives to support the retention of practitioners.

The post-holder will be working alongside the management team at EDT to support with their respective strategic areas.

Working as part of EDT offers numerous opportunities for learning and development through strong team support and clinical supervision and being part of an evolving, integrating team. The role provides excellent experience that can be beneficial for both clinical and managerial progression.

Due to diverse populations in the services we support, this is a unique opportunity to work with adult clients from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. The post will include triage and assessment as well as delivery of CBT interventions at Step 2 or Step 3. The service has expanded its workshops provision, therefore offering the chance to develop group skills and work alongside colleagues to deliver innovative treatment programmes. A keen interest or prior experience in delivering therapy in a group format would be greatly valued.

### Detailed job description and main responsibilities

This post is offered as a full-time permanent post, with the expectation that all clinical staff work one late evening per week (12pm until 8pm). We currently offer completely remote working for this role. However, while this role is primarily remote, occasional travel to Trust sites may be required to support team integration, training delivery, or other operational needs.
