An opportunity has arisen to join our existing team as an HR Assistant. You will be a central point of contact to provide a full range of HR guidance and support to department managers, staff, and staff-side representatives across the organisation.

You will have a Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent experience in an HR environment. You will also have experience in the provision of HR advice and support across a range of issues such as employee relations, employment legislation, equal opportunities and employee development, promoting high quality practice in all areas.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with various different stakeholders is essential. People management skills together with a creative solution focused approach are also essential in this role.
