We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our supportive HR team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a generalist HR professional who enjoys working in partnership with managers, supporting fair and consistent decision-making, and helping services to deliver effective workforce solutions.

In this role, you will provide high-quality HR advice and guidance to operational managers across the Trust, with a particular focus on supporting our Integrated Contact Centres and contributing to the effective management and improvement of sickness absence. Working as part of an established HR team, you will support managers to apply HR policies and procedures fairly, consistently and in line with Trust values. You will help managers to identify practical options, manage risk appropriately and resolve workforce matters in a timely and compassionate way.

### Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will have experience of providing generalist HR advice in a complex organisation, with a strong understanding of employee relations, employment law and good HR practice. You will be confident in managing a varied caseload, able to build effective working relationships, and comfortable working with managers, colleagues, trade union representatives and wider stakeholders.

You should be CIPD qualified or have equivalent relevant experience, and be able to demonstrate sound judgement, strong communication skills and a professional, balanced approach. Experience of supporting sickness absence management, formal employee relations processes and organisational change would be particularly beneficial.

This role will involve travel between Trust sites, so you must be able to travel independently and in a timely manner to meet service needs.
