ABOUT THE ROLE As a Bank Hospitality Host at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment for our residents so that we can give them the all-round care and support they deserve. Personable and caring, you'll take a genuine interest in our residents, engaging with them and their families on a regular basis. If that sounds like you, we'll give you every opportunity to develop your skills further with courses that are designed to give you confidence in all aspects of your role. Because you might be serving alcohol, you'll need to be over the age of 18.
