Host / Catering Assistant | Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital 30 Hours per Week | Permanent | Part-Time

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for patients? Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital is looking for a friendly and reliable Host/Catering Assistant to join our Catering Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in providing high-quality food and beverage services to patients, visitors and colleagues within a leading private healthcare environment.

- 30 hours per week
- Permanent, Part-Time
- Shifts worked between 6:00am and 9:00pm
- 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis
- Monday to Sunday flexibility required
- Deliver meals and refreshments to patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation in line with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout catering areas.
- Support the smooth running of the hospital restaurant and patient dining services.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to patients, visitors and colleagues.
- Follow all health and safety, food hygiene and infection prevention procedures.
- Previous catering, hospitality, customer service or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
- A positive, friendly and caring approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge would be advantageous.
