We are staffed by a team of administrators, care navigators, clinical nurse specialists, GPs, psychologists and speech & language therapists. The role We are looking for a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to lead on a gender‑affirming voice therapy caseload. You will deliver a blend of individual and group interventions, supporting people to develop evidence‑based voice skills aligned with their personal and authentic voice goals. Alongside your clinical work, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of the service, working closely with the Principal SLT to support day‑to‑day operations.
