In this parttime role, you will take full personal, professional and legal responsibility for your own highly specialist caseload, working independently while accessing supervision and support when required. The role includes leading communicationfocused therapeutic groups (scheduled within your parttime hours), training therapy assistants and carers, and supporting colleagues in delivering individual communication and swallowing programmes. You will work alongside Psychology colleagues on complex capacity issues and use strong motivational, negotiation and problemsolving skills to support positive outcomes.
