We are seeking an experienced and motivated pharmacist to provide highly specialised clinical pharmacy service across Critical care and Surgery at Whipps Cross Hospital. Working within a supportive team that includes senior rotational and foundation pharmacists and with the guidance from the lead pharmacist for Surgery and Anaesthetics and the Deputy Head of Pharmacy, you will lead on the delivery of advanced clinical pharmacy services for these specialties, ensuring optimal medicines use, patient safety and cost-effective prescribing. ### Main duties of the job The post holder will be the site-lead pharmacist for Surgery & Critical Care at Whipps Cross University Hospital, with specialist cross site responsibility for Surgery & Critical care pharmacy services.
