This is an exciting opportunity for an expert diabetes practitioner to provide clinical leadership and specialist support, driving excellence in diabetes care across the service. The post holder will work autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage patients with complex diabetes needs, delivering high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centred care. As the clinical lead for the service, you will provide expert advice and support to colleagues across the multidisciplinary team, promoting best practice, service development, and improved patient outcomes. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing diabetes services, contributing to education, quality improvement, and the implementation of innovative models of care. The role combines advanced clinical practice, leadership, service development, and staff education to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive diabetes care for our population.
