We are looking for a highly specialised clinical psychologist to join our Adult Eating Disorders Team.

As a senior member of the team, you will work with us to improve the experience, opportunities and clinical outcomes for people with eating disorders.  Our work supports individuals struggling with longstanding and multi-faceted difficulties around their relationships with food and eating, along with comorbidities.

The role will involve:

- Providing comprehensive assessments

- Building integrative formulations

- Delivering evidenced-based therapies (individual, group, contextual).

A central aspect of this role is to deliver supervision and consultation for staff within the team and across the Trust, representing all professional groups. This may include supervising trainees, students and assistants.

You will:

- Take a lead clinical role in our weekly consultation sessions

- Oversee the delivery and supervision of our assessments

- Actively contribute to the development of community clinical pathways

- Implement policy changes

- Contribute to the development of psychological services for our client group

- Deputise for the clinical lead/team manager

This is a busy and rewarding role, with considerable opportunity to develop your personal and clinical skills.

The post requires you to already be, or be committed to becoming an accredited Therapist and supervisor. A central aspect of this role is to deliver formal and informal supervision and consultation for staff within the team and across the Trust, representing all professional groups. You may also supervise trainees, students

and assistants. You will take a lead clinical role in our weekly consultation sessions and overseeing the delivery and supervision of our assessments. You will actively contribute to the development of community clinical pathways, implement policy changes, and contribute to the development of psychological services for our client group. You will deputise for the clinical lead/team manager. You will be very busy but also, we think have considerable opportunity to develop your personal and clinical skills.

### Education / Qualifications and Relevant Experience

- Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical counselling psychology
- Current HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Evidence of undertaking training in supervision.

**Desirable**

- Managerial or supervisory responsibilities
