The successful individual will work alongside the team of 6 other BSE echocardiographers,  ETP/registrar trainees , 3 imaging consultants and with the wider cardiac physiology team to perform transthoracic echocardiograms as well as assist with stress and transoesophageal echocardiograms.  As a teaching hospital the successful candidate will be expected to support our trainee echocardiographers to achieve their BSE accreditation.  The echo service is open 8am to 6pm on weekdays and also provide inpatient/outpatient weekend service.
