The service is excited to be able to offer new opportunities to join the service and support the team in service delivery and development. The successful applicant will deliver psychological care to clients within CPTD, be involved in staff support and supervision, and support in the deliver and development of care pathways within the service.  They will work closely with the clinical and operational management in providing service evaluation and development of psychological and psychosocial interventions, teaching, and staff support in the delivery of clinical care. The post holder will deliver specific high-intensity evidence-based psychological interventions for patients within the service. Applicants are encouraged to arrange an informal meeting to discuss the post via telephone or video . ### Main duties of the job To provide high intensity, specialist evidence-based psychological therapy interventions (requiring psychological therapist specialist training) and to support delivery of a pathway of condition specific care which will deliver high fidelity psychological interventions as designated in Matrics Cymru. The post holder will be a highly skilled clinician with a breadth of mental health expertise in this field. They will contribute to this pathway of care by working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary colleagues in the development and implementation of specialist psychological therapy in the context of more complex care which address the physical, psychological and psychosocial needs of service users and their families/carers.
