The service offers a number of evidence-based psychological interventions both at step 2 and step 3 as proposed by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidance. The service endeavours to offer the local population a full range of evidence-based psychological interventions, within a stepped care approach, to a high standard and quality . We are excited to begin a process of expanding our team in-line with Talking Therapies expansion targets and we are now seeking two permanent  full-time High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapists to join and contribute to the innovation and success of our well-established Talking Therapies service. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities The post holders will work alongside other High Intensity Psychological Therapists (HIPIs), and will be required to assist in providing step 3 interventions and contributing to the development of the step 3 service being offered. The step 3 service primarily offers one-to-one evidenced-based psychological treatments delivered through a combination of face to face and video consultations. The service also delivers group interventions at step 3 and post holders will be key in developing and shaping the content and delivery of step 3 disorder specific groups to sit alongside the aforementioned interventions. Our service is keen to hear from applicants who have the motivation and enthusiasm to contribute to the innovation and improvement existing processes both within step 3 and the service as a whole.
