Candidates should have strong clinical assessment and advanced history taking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for patient education and advocacy. For the correct candidate this role would support professional development progression from band 6 to band 7 including training for; Clinical assessment and advanced history taking, Heart Failure Management and Independent Non-Medical Prescribing (V300), enabling the post holder to further enhance patient care and clinical decision-making.
