Do you want to make a real difference in your local community? \</em\>If so, wed love to hear from you!\</p\>\<p\>Were looking for a \<strong\>Healthy Family Practitioner\</strong\> to join our friendly and dedicated \<strong\>Lancashire 019 Health Visiting Team based in Pendle Ribble Valley\</strong\>, where youll play a key role in achieving positive outcomes for children and families across the area.\</p\>\<p\>This is a part-time fixed-term opportunity working 30 hours per week with a planned start date of 01/09/26 31/08/27.\</p\>\<p\>\<strong\>What you\\'ll be doing:\</strong\>\</p\>\<p\>Your responsibilities will include:\</p\>\<ul\>\<li\>Carrying out delegated mandated health reviews, including \<strong\>Pre1 Year\</strong\> and \<strong\>22.5Year Developmental Checks\</strong\>\</li\>\<li\>Identifying children who may need additional \<span class="single_desc_int_gb_word"\>support\</span\> and referring into specialist services\</li\>\<li\>Providing targeted \<span class="single_desc_int_gb_word"\>support on areas such as \<strong\>behaviour management\</strong\>, \<strong\>infant feeding\</strong\>, and other delegated packages of care\</sp
