Mental Health Care Support Workers are essential in helping patients through difficult chapters of their lives, providing trust and being trusted, as well as being an integral part of a patients' journey, giving  hope and support. You will be carrying out assigned tasks involving direct care in support of and supervised by a Registered Clinician and participate in the development and implementation of high quality care. We are looking for a caring individual with a passion for mental health care, who is able to work shifts including night and weekend work. You will be working strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols to promote positive mental/physical/nutritional health with patients. You will participate with other members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team in providing a programme of care and to change the patients recovery.
