At InHealth, were continuing to grow and are looking for a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Support Worker to join our Endoscopy team at our static site in Witney. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality endoscopy services, working within a patient-centred model of care that recognises the psychological, physical, and social needs of every individual.

### Main duties of the job

- Welcoming patients in a professional and caring manner, acting as a patient advocate at all times
- Supporting patient care in line with care plans, under the guidance of the senior clinical team
- Cleaning, monitoring, and preparing equipment, reporting any issues promptly
- Recording and communicating relevant patient information and observations
- Maintaining clear, effective communication with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team
