Ward A is a busy orthopaedic ward, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure all patients are cared for and treated with dignity and respect. Your duties will be varied, and include, assisting patient with personal hygiene, assisting patients during meal times, talking and listening to patients and working in partnership with patients, carers and the wider team. This is a very demanding and challenging role, you will need to be compassionate and caring and have a passion for this type of work. You will need to demonstrate that you are highly motivated, enthusiastic, well organised and are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
