As a Healthcare Support Worker on Ella Rowcroft ward you'll help patients during their stay by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that's as varied as it is rewarding. You will work effectively alongside Registered Nurses/Practitioners within the ward as required on a daily basis. You will be supported with your development needs both from in house training and also external courses whilst having regular supervision and appraisals to ensure you are helped to reach your maximum potential.
