As a Clinical Support Worker Apprentice, you will work alongside registered healthcare professionals and experienced support staff to deliver safe and effective care to patients. You will undertake a structured apprenticeship programme designed to support your professional development and prepare you for a long-term career within healthcare. This role involves providing direct patient care, including supporting patients with personal care needs and activities of daily living. Applicants should feel comfortable undertaking these responsibilities and be committed to delivering compassionate care that maintains patients' dignity, privacy and independence. The programme combines workplace learning with academic study, enabling you to gain nationally recognised qualifications while developing practical clinical skills. The Learning and Development team and Dynamic (the programme provider) will coordinate credential/qualification checks and functional skills testing on 1st and 2nd October 2026.
