You must be able to work flexibly and willing to adapt with the changing needs of our services. The post will require a high level of teamwork as well as a degree of autonomous working. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. ### Main duties of the job The post holder will work closely with the Ward manager and Registered Mental Health Nurses to provide safe, effective and high quality care for our adult patients with mental health needs.  The post holder would ensure the delivery of high quality and effective nursing care to mental health service users receiving Inpatient and/or Community services within a service area, in accordance with the objectives and vision of the Trust Applicants should experience of working within mental health services and within a multidisciplinary team and multi-agency frameworks. You will receive a full induction and be given proactive and regular supervision, on-going access to training and support to undertake this exciting, challenging and highly rewarding role. This includes being part of a supportive, caring and innovative team where there is a proactive approach to staff wellbeing and their clinical and professional development.
