About Village Health Group

Village Health Group is a large GMS practice caring for approximately 28,000 patients across Rushcliffe, South Nottinghamshire.

Our clinical team includes:

- Care Coordinators

We are well supported by local community nursing and therapy teams and have a well-developed model of multidisciplinary working.

We use SystmOne as our clinical system.

We are a friendly, enthusiastic and well-organised practice, committed to providing high-quality patient care while continuing to develop and improve our services.
