### About us

Abbey Medical Practice is a friendly and busy GP practice based in Lincoln, caring for approximately 8,600 patients. We are also a training practice and are committed to supporting learning, development and progression within our team.

We have a diverse and experienced team of GPs, nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists and administrative and reception colleagues who work closely together to provide a high standard of care to our patients.

We pride ourselves on having a supportive and approachable working environment, where every member of the team has an important part to play. General practice can be fast-paced and demanding, so we particularly value colleagues who are positive, adaptable and willing to support one another when workloads are high.

Our work ethic is centred around teamwork, accountability and shared responsibility. We encourage staff to take ownership of their work, communicate openly and contribute to the smooth running of the Practice rather than working in isolation. We believe that providing excellent patient care starts with having a team that respects, supports and works well with each other.

We are looking for people who share these values and who want to become an active part of the Abbey team, bringing enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine commitment to both our patients and their colleagues.
