An exciting opportunity within Children's Services for a motivated individual to provide support to various clinical teams, based in Shrewsbury with an option to work from Telford also.  The successful candidate will be encouraged to undertake a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship alongside this role.

### Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively and exhibit a professional telephone manner.

You will be required to undertake a variety of administrative duties including receiving and processing referrals, appointment bookings, and managing enquires from service users and healthcare professionals. The post holder will need to be highly organised and able to efficiently manage workloads. You will be friendly and approachable and have a positive attitude to work.

As a supportive management team, we are keen to foster career progression and encourage staff to consider training opportunities to further enhance their skillset.  Working closely with teams across the children's admin hub, you will have full insight into varied job roles and work collaboratively to achieve shared objectives.
