We are looking for an Admin Team Leader to join the Health Records department on a 12 month secondment to provide day-to-day supervision and coordination of administrative staff to ensure an efficient, patient-focused service within the Subject Access Team. The post holder will support the delivery of high-quality administrative processes by overseeing workloads, maintaining accurate records, monitoring performance and ensuring adherence to NHS policies and Information Governance standards.

- NHS experience in an administrative support role.
- Previous supervisory experience ideally minimum 1 year

- Knowledge of Data Protection Act and Information Governance

### Qualifications and Training

- 5 GCSEs or equivalent experience
- Willing to undertake any further study to enhance ability to carry out job role more efficiently
