We are looking to recruit Health Records Team Leaders to join us in providing a comprehensive health records service to NHS Forth Valley patients and staff. Working in this extremely busy and, at times, physically demanding post requires an enthusiastic and flexible approach as our staff is often required to cover a wide range of duties. The successful candidates will work with the Health Record Supervisors co-coordinating team members, monitoring workloads and pro-actively solving non routine problems on a daily basis.

Ideally the successful candidates should hold the Institute of Health Record and Information Management (IHRIM), the Certificate of Technical Competence (CTC) and/or the ECDL or equivalent, or be working towards these qualifications. Previous health records experience including the use of a computerised patient information management system is desirable.
