We seek applicants who have proven experience in successfully planning and delivering transformational change projects for frontline healthcare, whether it be as a clinician, an operational manager, or as a change/Improvement manager. For one of the vacant roles, we seek specific experience of working in NHS sepsis services. Additionally, for another one of the roles, we seek experience of working in or directly with a Local Authority. The role of Senior Project Manager is critical in leading and supporting the delivery of our ongoing work programme, which is designed to make tangible improvements to patient safety and care outcomes, through the implementation of innovations and innovative ways of working. ### Main duties of the job These are senior Band 7 roles, and the successful applicants will have direct experience of working within the NHS, and/or wider health and social care services. The projects assigned to lead on and others to be directly supported will be dependent on previous experience. Additionally, applicants must have: - a positive mindset towards the use of innovations that can transform and improve the ways in which health and care services might be delivered. - experience of successfully collaborating across teams to deliver projects that improve health and/or care outcomes. - Possess strong communication skills – written, verbal and in delivering presentations. - Be highly motivated, resilient and extremely well organised. - Have an ability to influence others to support change management initiatives.
