An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Waltham Forest Rehabilitation Service Ainslie Inpatient Unit for a dynamic, innovative and motivated Health Care Support Worker. The role involves supporting the Inpatient nurses to provide a high standard of nursing in a range of settings outside of acute hospitals. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and will develop and undertake a range of delegated tasks independently. They will also assume responsibility for their workload ensuring that they adhere to North East London Foundation Trusts policies. ## Job Description You will administer holistic care to patients in the Community inpatient setting, identifying and reporting any changes in patient care needs to the nursing staff. The post holder will work as a member of the integrated health and social care team to ensure high quality nursing service provision. You will demonstrate flexibility, good communication skills, and ability to work as a team member as well as using your own initiative.
