The successful candidate must have demonstratable experience, a wide range of clinical skills and will be confident to work without direct supervision. Community nursing is evolving at a fast pace, and you must be able to engage positively with service improvements and change. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and autonomously within the community setting, effectively manage responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of care. Support the Community Nursing Team by managing the ordering and organisation of clinical supplies and stationery to ensure services operated smoothly. Consistently follow Trust policies, procedures, and professional standards in all aspects of work while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations, infection prevention, and control guidelines. Ensure patient confidentiality is always maintained and information is handled sensitively and responsibly in line with legal, ethical, and organisational requirements.
